His dedication shaped the program into what it is today, and his spirit continues to live on in every student who steps into this life‑changing experience.

This scholarship fund helps ensure that every Winona student, regardless of income level, has the opportunity to apply, participate, and thrive in the WIFA Ambassadorship Program. By reducing financial barriers, the fund opens the door for more young people to explore the world, build lifelong friendships, and represent our community abroad.
